MYP Health & Well-being - Cardio class with F45 Northern Quarter

💥 EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT! 💥

After four months of virtual classes, we're excited to announce our 2nd in person class with a 45 minute indoor Cardio session with F45 Northern Quarter on Friday 7th August at 12:30pm!

The F45 trainers will be putting you through your paces which will last 45 min session to set you up for your weekend 💪💯

F45 have been running indoor classes back in their NQ studio since the gym rules eased, and of course, will be ensuring that they are adhering to all government guidelines to enable all to workout in a safe environment. Your health and safety will continue to be our main priority, with extra measures in place to ensure this is the case.

All you have to do is book your place in the usual way and we look forward to seeing you there on 7th August!
