Welcome to the first FinTech Manchester meetup!

FinTech Manchester is a quarterly meetup bringing together all aspects of the FinTech community in the Manchester area. From Banks investing in Blockchain technology through to FinTech startups and developers - we want to connect the dots and bring them all together for a night of insightful talks and networking.

Our first meetup has been sponsored by BNY Mellon and will be hosted at their offices in Piccadilly Gardens.

James Higgins, Global Product Manager at BNY Mellon

James' role as Global Product Manager has him leading up blockchain and distributed ledger initiatives, including delivery of beta stage technologies. He is responsible for collaborating and rapid prototyping with 3rd party fintech providers.

Mike Hall, Head of Growth at DueCourse

Having been a permanent fixture in the Manchester startup community, and a startup founder in his own right, Mike is currently driving growth for Manchester FinTech startup DueCourse. Never short of an opinion, Mike will be talking through the DueCourse story.
