Dr. Banana: Perception & Reverend Slippy (Leeds)

The new school of UK Garage is well and truly in session, and Dr. Banana is the teacher's pet. 🍌 For this uncompromising night of UK sounds, we invite two close friends who have recently appeared on the label.

Cameron Perception Phillips is one of London's baddest garage selectors, and a peer to legends such as EL-B and Jeremy Sylvester. He released the banging 'Green Vindaloo' on DRB05, and has also released on DPR, DNR and Moodswings.

The mysterious Reverend Slippy is a classy producer and DJ who released 'Why Do You Play With My Mind?' on DRB01 and '2 Slippy' on DRB04: both sickeningly fresh interpretations of the garage tradition.
