After weeks of intense training, these brave colleagues are ready to show what they’re made of—all while raising funds for The Liverpool Light, an out-of-hours mental health crisis service for individuals aged 18+, open from 6pm-1am, 7 days a week. It has been set up to provide a safe place for people experiencing a mental health crisis to come and begin their recovery.

But this event isn’t just about charity—it’s also a powerful opportunity for the participants to focus on their mental health. Training, pushing limits, and stepping outside their comfort zones can be incredibly empowering and beneficial for their well-being. For many, this journey has been about building confidence, resilience, and supporting each other as a team. 💪🏽
