Football Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. IDENTIFICATION Challenge 25 policy in operation - if you look under 25, you will be asked for ID for age verification purposes.
2. PROHIBITED ITEMS No alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, aerosols, flares, smoke bombs, laser pointers, or offensive banners/flags are permitted. All bags subject to search. Glass bottles, cans, and outside food prohibited. Full list of restricted items available on request.
3. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards racist, homophobic, sexist language or behaviour. Aggressive conduct, pitch invasion attempts, or throwing objects will result in immediate ejection and potential banning.
4. BANNING ORDERS & CRIMINAL OFFENCES Any criminal conviction related to football may result in a Football Banning Order being sought. Details of arrests or incidents may be shared with other clubs, football authorities and police forces. Banned individuals will be refused entry.
5. CCTV & DATA PROTECTION CCTV cameras and body-worn video equipment operate throughout the venue. Footage may be used to identify individuals for security purposes, crime prevention, or proceedings. By entering, you consent to being filmed and recorded.
6. ONLINE CONDUCT Social media abuse directed at players, staff, officials or other supporters may result in police investigation and club sanctions. Online hate crime connected to football is monitored and reported to authorities.
7. SECURITY SEARCHES All persons and belongings are subject to search upon entry. Refusing to be searched will result in denial of entry with no refund. Stewards reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.
8. TICKET AUTHENTICITY Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be void. Resale above face value is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. We will prosecute ticket touts.
9. MATCH CHANGES Kick-off times, fixture dates, and venue changes are beyond our control. In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the rearranged fixture. No compensation provided for travel or accommodation costs due to changes.
10. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable regardless of personal circumstances, weather conditions, or team performance. No refunds for abandoned matches lasting 70+ minutes.
11. LIABILITY Attendance is at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Football can be unpredictable - goals, red cards, are part of the game experience.
12. DATA SHARING Information about incidents, bans, and criminal behaviour may be shared with other football clubs, the Football Association, police forces, and relevant authorities for crime prevention and detection purposes.
13. EQUALITY & DISCRIMINATION In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, discriminatory behaviour including racism, sexism, homophobia, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate ejection, potential lifetime bans, and referral to Kick It Out and police authorities.
14. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCES Being drunk or under the influence of illegal substances will result in refusal of entry or ejection. Possession of alcohol within the ground is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under relevant legislation.
15. RESTRICTED AREAS Unauthorised entry onto the pitch, technical areas, or any restricted zones is strictly forbidden and constitutes a criminal offence under the Football (Offences) Act 1991. Offenders will be prosecuted.
16. PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS No unauthorised sponsorship, promotional, or commercial materials may be brought into or displayed within the ground. Distribution of unauthorised materials is prohibited.
17. SUPPORTER CONDUCT Persistent standing in seated areas, climbing on structures, or dangerous behaviour may result in ejection. Season ticket holders are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
18. ABANDONED MATCHES For matches abandoned before half-time, tickets remain valid for the rearranged fixture. For matches abandoned after 70 minutes, no refunds will be provided as the match is considered complete.
