Ben Elding & Friends - Series 2

We are very excited to bring you the second instalment of Ben Elding & Friends. On Saturday 1st April we return to the fantastic Blue rooms in Lincoln for a night of electronic music with Ben Elding being joined by Four Candles (Bedrock records) and Gareth Cole (Sublease records)

The party will explore the deep, emotional, and melodic styles of House and Techno, of which Ben has rapidly built a strong reputation across the scene. Ben Elding & Friends is an event that is focused on the music, uniting ravers in unique, intimate spaces across the country and creating a special atmosphere.

Following on from the success of our first event we are returning with a huge line up once again. This time around, Ben Elding will be joined by Bedrock artist Four Candles and Subleases Gareth Cole.

Ben Elding - is no stranger to the UK party scene. An individual who built his name through his ability as a technical selector and producer, he has been making waves across the country with his own uniquely crafted sound. Supporting formidable artists such as Franky Wah, Pan-Pot and Solardo to name a few, he has built a strong reputation and fan base through his top-tier performances at well-renowned events across the country, including SHÈN festival, mint festival and a residency at Elsewhere. 2023 promises to be a big year for Ben with plans to release on reputable labels. Ben Elding & Friends is the next step on Ben’s journey and will provide the perfect opportunity to showcase his own sound and productions.

Joining the Ben Elding & Friends line up is none other than Four Candles, receiving critical acclaim from established peers and ongoing support from the industry’s finest, Four Candles has made a significant impact on the underground in 2022. With a string of standout tracks under his belt and forthcoming releases due on Bedrock, Afterglow and more, 2023 looks set to be a very exciting year for the UK based producer. As a DJ, Kris’s influences are awash with vibrant, emotional and spiritual keynotes. Roused by the playful art of Bebetta right through to the darker sides of Eitan Reiter, his ability to read the mood of the dance floor is quickly establishing him as a go-to DJ for tasteful warm-ups right through to extended headline sets, and with good reason: his performances evince a deep connection with the music, the crowd, and a welcome invitation to forget about everything else.

Also joining the line up is Manchester based artist, Gareth Cole. Deep, dark and hypnotic. Gareth Cole’s distinctive sound has swept across dancefloors over the last twelve months sending clubs around the globe into a frenzy. The DJ and producer from the United Kingdom has risen rapidly from respected resident DJ, to a name on the lips of the finest underground DJs in the game. Signing to Steve Bug’s Sublease label, tracks like ‘Courage’ were evolving dancefloor weapons that lured clubbers into their hypnotic web before sweeping them off into a vortex of sound with the likes of John Digweed, Dubfire, Steve Bug and Hot Since 82 all road testing to devastating effect.

With a killer remix for Danny B to be released on Sublease and a host of tracks already signed up for the forthcoming year, it looks like Gareth Cole is set to continue to lock in dancefloors across the world.

- The party will be at the BLUE ROOMS, in Lincoln City Centre. Doors will open at 19:00 and Close at 01:00.

Ticket information:

- This will be a ticketed event and only individuals with tickets will be allowed into the venue.

- Tickets can be purchased through the event on Fatsoma.

Additional requirements

- Attendees are not permitted to take their own alcohol into the venue.

- Please bring your ID as it is an over 18 event and ID will be required for entry. Security will be present during the course of the event to ensure everyone’s safety.
