Quiz Night Terms & Conditions
IDENTIFICATION Challenge 25 policy in operation - if you look under 25, you will be asked for ID for age verification purposes.
PROHIBITED ITEMS No alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, aerosols, flares, smoke bombs, laser pointers, or offensive banners/flags are permitted. All bags subject to search. Glass bottles, cans, and outside food prohibited. Full list of restricted items available on request.
CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards racist, homophobic, sexist language or behaviour. Aggressive conduct, disruptive behaviour, or harassment of other participants will result in immediate ejection and potential banning from future events.
BANNING ORDERS Any individual causing disruption or engaging in inappropriate behaviour may be refused entry to future events. Details of incidents may be shared with relevant authorities if criminal behaviour occurs.
CCTV & DATA PROTECTION CCTV cameras operate throughout the venue. Footage may be used to identify individuals for security purposes, crime prevention, or proceedings. By entering, you consent to being filmed and recorded.
ONLINE CONDUCT Social media abuse directed at organisers, participants, or other attendees may result in club sanctions and potential police involvement.
SECURITY SEARCHES All persons and belongings are subject to search upon entry. Refusing to be searched will result in denial of entry with no refund. Staff reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.
TICKET AUTHENTICITY Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be void. Resale above face value is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994.
EVENT CHANGES Quiz dates, start times, and venue changes are beyond our control. In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the rearranged event. No compensation provided for travel costs due to changes.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES All sales are final. Tickets and food orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable regardless of personal circumstances. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
LIABILITY Attendance is at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
DATA SHARING Information about incidents and inappropriate behaviour may be shared with other venues, authorities, and relevant bodies for crime prevention and detection purposes.
EQUALITY & DISCRIMINATION In accordance with the Equality Act 2010, discriminatory behaviour including racism, sexism, homophobia, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate ejection and potential lifetime bans from future events.
ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCES Being drunk or under the influence of illegal substances will result in refusal of entry or ejection. Only alcohol purchased from authorised bar areas is permitted.
RESTRICTED AREAS Unauthorised entry into kitchen areas, staff areas, or any restricted zones is strictly forbidden. Offenders may be prosecuted.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS No unauthorised sponsorship, promotional, or commercial materials may be brought into or displayed within the venue. Distribution of unauthorised materials is prohibited.
PARTICIPANT CONDUCT Disruptive behaviour, excessive noise during quiz rounds, or any conduct that interferes with other participants' enjoyment will result in ejection.
FOOD ORDERS Food orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or refunded. All dietary requirements must be specified at time of booking.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION OR REMOVE ANY PERSON FROM THE PREMISES
