TICKETS & ENTRY 🎟 REQUIREMENTS:

Dress Code 👔

We operate a strict dress code and maintain a "dress to impress" policy. Any sports wear, Nike Air Max or trainers containing "bubbles" will not be admitted and no refund will be given. Please dress smartly.

Curfew 🕰

All Ticket holders must be in before 11:30PM, tickets will still be valid for entry, however the Q Jump element is removed beyond this point.

Refund Policy🤝

Unfortunately due to the fast moving nature of our ticket sales and Freshers week, no refunds will be permitted due to customers having to isolate. No refund will be given to any customer refused entry to the venue due to intoxication or dress code.

IF you are no longer attending Lincoln University or Bishop Grossesteste due to A level results please contact us to apply a refund. Proof may be requested order to authorise your application.
