The Social! - Fiesta Havana

Socialising are what Wednesday's are all about! With the "new normal" we'll all have to do it a little differently, but that's not to say it won't be just as much fun!Fantastic drink offers, the best tunes and a great atmosphere to get to know your new mates!

Things are a little different these days as we want to ensure that ALL of our guests can have the best possible time in the safest possible way!

Tickets are EXTREMELY LIMITED as capacities have been greatly reduced. 

Tickets will be sold in blocks that will correspond to a specific table in the venue.Your table/party MUST consist of those in your social/support bubble. There can be no mixing tables or mingling unfortunately.

The evening is across two fantastic Chester venues, Off The Wall & Fiesta Havanas, and is sold in two sessions, 9pm-12am and 12am-2am. Please check you've selected the right venue and time slot for your booking.

TERM'S & CONDITIONS

The safety and comfort of all our guests is our priority, please read the below as they will be strictly enforced throughout the evening:

·      Tickets will not be sold individually only in blocks.
·      Each block will correspond to a specifically allocated table.
·      The individuals in each block are to be of the same household/social bubble.
·      Entry is sold for two separate venues running the same event: Off The Wall & Fiesta Havana’s.
·      Entry is sold in two separate sessions: Session 1: 9pm-12am and Session 2: 12am-2am.
·      You must arrive by within the first 30 minutes of your session or the table will be re-allocated and no refunds given
·      You will be expected to vacate the premises at the end of your session.
·      If you would like to stay in the venue for the entirety of the evening, tickets for both sessions must be purchased.
·      A 10-minute warning will be given for the ending of each session to allow you to finish drinks. 
·      No refunds will be given for any unfinished drinks.
·      You must remain seated during your time in the venue, unless using the bathroom.
·      Dancing, standing or moving between tables will not be permitted.
·      If venue/door staff need to speak to you about your behaviour a note will be taken of the table number.
·      If a second incident on the same night occurs the party will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
·      Hands must be sanitised upon entry to the venue and on re-entry if you visit the smoking area.
·      Social distancing is to be observed and one-way systems are to be adhered to throughout the evening.
·      Each individuals name and contact number will be taken for Track & Trace purposes.
·      Proof of Age & Identity will be required for entry.
·      Management reserve the right to take random temperature checks on individuals.  
·      A temperature of over 37.8c will result in a refusal to the venue, a full refund will be given.
