This is your Collection Entitlement Document (e-collection document) for your Brighton Freshtival Pass 2018. The full-line up of events will be announced on Friday 17th August at 12pm on the Brighton SU website www.brightonsu.com/freshtival. This Collection Entitlement Document MUST be exchanged for your Freshtival Brighton Wristband by Wednesday 26th September 2018 from one of the following Collection Points: Welcome Weekend – Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd September - Falmer: Brighton SU Stand, Paddock Fields: 10am to 6pm - City/Grand Parade: Brighton SU Stand, Phoenix Halls: 10am to 6pm - Moulsecoomb: Brighton SU reception, Ground floor of Cockcroft Building: 10am to 6pm - Varley Halls: Brighton SU Stand: 10am to 6pm From Monday 24th September - Falmer Campus: Brighton SU Reception, Ringmer House: 10am to 4pm - Grand Parade: Brighton SU Reception, Mezzanine of Grand Parade Main Building: 10am to 4pm - Moulsecoomb Campus: Brighton SU reception, Ground floor of Cockcroft Building: 10am to 4pm In order to be able to collect your Freshtival Pass, you must bring the following: - This Collection Entitlement Document either printed out or via Fatsoma app – Photo Identification (passport, driving license, ID card) of the name on the Collection Entitlement Document We do not accept photocopies, signed letters of authorisation, or copies of your document on your phone – we require the physical documentation and identification for security purposes. This Collection Entitlement Document cannot be exchanged or refunded, and has no monetary value. Once you have exchanged your Collection Entitlement Document, your wristband will gain you FREE Entry (before 11.30pm, unless specified other) to all events included in the Brighton Freshtival Pass. Please note, these are the only official University of Brighton Students’ Union Freshers’ Events. University of Brighton Students’ Union presents Freshtival 2018!

Welcome to University of Brighton & the city of Brighton! You are now one of our newest members of Brighton Students' Union, we are here to make sure you settle into university life and have the best possible time whilst you're here.

As part of our Freshers' Fortnight, we host a programme of events called Freshtival! The Freshtival Pass is a brilliant way to get involved and meet new students.

Expect 4000+ students & 2 weeks of events and offers including performances from huge DJ’s and acts. All you need is one Freshtival wristband. Events include two huge events (a very popular music event) as well as lots of events around Brighton.

You can also add an amazing new Halloween event in Brighton as a bolt on.

Selling out each year, this pass allows thousands of Freshers’ to mix, interact and have a great experience for two whole weeks to settle into Brighton.
