Breakfast with Ric Moylan - renowned performance mentor

Join JCI Manchester and elite trainer Ric Moylan to discuss how you can take his methods and integrate them into your fitness AND business. Ric will lead a seminar on motivation, performance and leadership. Three essential skills to doing well in business, training and mindset.

This seminar isn't about theory or motivational quotes, this seminar will go into the application of the concepts you will have heard of. Learn how elite sports people motivate themselves and how to apply this to other high pressured environments.
