Dos and Dont’s: 

Dos:

• Bring a well-socialized and non-reactive dog.
• Ensure your dog is vaccinated, healthy, and not in heat.
• Clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly.
• Respect other attendees and their dogs.
• Read all ingredients listed on the food & drinks before giving them to your dogs.
• Do feel free to let your dog off lead but they remain your responsibility at all times

Dont’s:

• Don’t bring a reactive, unvaccinated, or antisocial dog.
• Don’t bring a dog in heat or with a known history of aggression.
• Don’t leave your dog unattended.

Terms and Conditions:

Refund Policy:

1. No refunds once an order has been placed.
2. Failure to attend your allocated time session may result in entry refusal, with no refunds for ticket holder errors or non-attendance.

Changes & Cancellations:

1. We reserve the right to alter event details due to unforeseen circumstances. Notice will be provided via email or event updates.
2. Refunds may be requested within 3 days of announcement for major changes.

Liability:

1. Organisers are not liable for any damages, loss, or injury arising from event attendance.
2. Attendees are responsible for ensuring their dogs are covered by appropriate pet insurance.
3. Attendees are responsible for what they give their dogs on the evening on the event. Event organisers are not responsible.
4. If you or your dog are harmed by another dog at the event, you must resolve the matter with the owner of the offending dog. The event organisers and venue disclaim any responsibility for the actions of the dogs attending the event. If a fellow guest harms your dog, they will be held personally accountable.
5. The event organisers may capture footage of the event, which could be used for various purposes including website and event promotion, social media content, advertisements, and press materials. If you want to request the removal of your image, please contact us at jqpets@gmail.com. However, please understand that once footage is published or enters the public domain, it may be difficult to remove.
