1. Ticket entitles the ticket holder to entrance from 3 pm . Each person needs their own ticket to enter, and each individual ticket admits one person. This is not a seated event. Guests can freely move through the whole venue of RnB floor and multi genre floor. 2. Entertainment, venue, and timings may be subject to change. 3. The dress code is smart casual. 4. On arrival at the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation and ID (passport, driver's license, or any GOV-approved ID) as this is an 18+-only event. Once you reach the front of the queue, your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance. 5. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue's entrance guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission, at the discretion of the door staff and security team. 6. All tickets are non-refundable. 7. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venue's entrance guidelines. Refunds will only be issued should the event be cancelled. 8. The 25+ Mansion Party is back at Belair House 🏠

3 floors, 4 rooms, patio out the back — and we’re running it all day into night.

Kick things off with a Prosecco reception before 3, then straight into it.

Bingo Jamz starts 3:30 with 2 rounds — 90s & 00s R&B, singalongs, proper throwbacks. No seating for this one… it turns into a party pretty quickly.

Upstairs we’ve got Reggae Bingo hosting the top floor, so you can move between both all day depending on the vibe.

After the bingo it just carries on — DJs across the house, different rooms, same energy.

We’ll also have free pizza slices going round later in the night 🍕
