"Nova Cheq is the enigmatic Leeds-based DJ and producer, who has engraved his multi-faceted sound of dark and chuggy bass tones with fast-paced hardcore dance music nostalgia and influences from UK free party culture, grime, hip hop, and ghetto house. There are no limitations to where the rhythm may develop.

The artist has created a versatile and disruptive sound since only starting production in the back end of 2019. Fast-forward to the present day with an earth-shattering EP on Sherelle’s label ‘Hooversound’, releases on DJ Spits Rascals, Trax Haven, Das Booty, and Gimme a Break. Not to mention his releases gaining regular play across the globe, with the support from industry idealists, such as Sherelle, VTSS, DJ Mell G, Jessy Lanza, Kessler, Kush Jones, and many more.

As a DJ, he shared the booth with some of the brightest stars of today, such as Chippy Nonstop, MarcelDune, Sherelle, and many more, delivering his multi-genre sets ranging from hardcore jungle techno and groovy techno edits to the dance floors across the UK and Europe. Not to mention numerous radio support with guest mixes for NTS, Balamii, Reprezent, and tracks being played on BBC Radio, Boiler Room, HöR, and prolific clubs and festivals across the world."
