Presented by Soul City Arts and The Halal Food Festival, Ramadan Streets is back for its second year at a new location, taking place on the grounds of Birmingham City Football Club. We invite people of all backgrounds to come together for a cultural experience and night market to celebrate the shared experience of Ramadan.
Food trucks serving everything from smash burgers to matcha will feature alongside artisan vendors, whilst a dedicated art zone will offer attendees a space to retreat and express themselves creatively, bringing good food for both the body and the soul.
Ramadan Streets is an initiative that offers an antidote to the unlicensed markets that took place in previous years within the local area, that led to chaos and congestion. Last year's pilot, brought together thousands into a safe and family-friendly environment.
This year we have a nominal charge of £1 plus booking fee, for entry through advanced online purchase, which ensures that we can continue to create a structured and organised system.
What you can expect at Ramadan Streets 2026:
- Street Food Vendors
- Artisan vendors
- Dedicated Prayer space [New Feature]
- Creative Arts Zone [New Feature]
- Increased Seating Area
- Limited iftaar tickets allocations (There will be a reduced number of tickets available to ensure our guests are accommodated for in a timely manner).
