Sinead Flood - Founder July Child Jewellery.

Sinead launched her brand, July Child in May 2017. She previously worked in sales in the sports industry and was living in London at the time. However, she’s always had a serious passion for fashion and jewellery, and it wasn’t until she hit my mid-twenties when she wanted something different. She has always loved travelling the world, and one of her favourite things to do is to go hunt out all the amazing places the locals would shop and buy clothes and jewellery. So she admits July Child didn’t come out of an urge to please the masses – it was just sort of what I did anyway. It is just an extension of her! Sinead’s business has used social media to grow rapidly over the years and it continues to see record numbers!

As a paid social manager at one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital agencies, Embryo, Kasey manages paid media campaigns for a wide range of businesses. Her insights and expertise in social, particularly Meta, Pinterest and TikTok have transformed businesses, and her campaigns have been recognised as some of the best in the UK.

Amman Ahmed - President of Music For Pets, VP Business Development.

Founder and ex-CEO at Musicforpets, who craft music designed to create a calming and stress-free environment for your beloved pets. Their music now reaches over 50 million pets worldwide every month, and last year alone they hit one billion streams.

Amman sold the brand in a multi million pound deal, to a large Hollywood hiphop record label and now is attached to the same label as Kanye West, Tory Lanez, Ice Spice, Lil Durk and many more big names.

Growing up in Armley, Leeds Amman said: “I failed exams, scraped through education and had no idea what my career would look like. I started and led a business that failed 3 years later and took these learnings into my next venture and for the next 7 years, I built Musicforpets. Entirely self-funded, this journey taught me the importance of patience, discipline, leadership, scaling and selling to an international business. After selling the business to Create Music in 2023, I now lead the production and distribution, building our UK and LA teams”.
