Breakfast-for-dinner is back with a classic, seasonal menu!
Brunch-inspired supper club MIMOD's has been to New York, the Middle East and even celebrated Christmas - so this summer we're going back to basics and classic 'Brinner' is returning.
Using seasonal summer veg, the menu is packed full of fresh produce found on our very own shores - from cauliflower and sorrel purée, to foraged mushrooms and wilted chard. For that little bit of controversy, the evening will kick off with savoury elcairs stuffed with pancetta and marmite aioli.
The Cuckoo is a 'Gastro Hub' showcasing the best of the London pop-up food scene, from supper clubs in it's private upstairs to dining room to long-term kitchen residencies.Relaxed and fun, guests start the night mingling in the bar downstairs with an exclusive welcome drink and welcome snacks, before sitting down on long communal tables to enjoy four more courses with good company.
