China Drum

China Drum are a UK punk rock band formed in 1989 in Northumberland. Known for their fast-paced sound and a lead-singing drummer, they rose to prominence in the 1990s following a cover of Kate Bush’s "Wuthering Heights" and their 1996 debut album, Goosefair.

During their initial run, the band toured extensively with acts like Green Day, Ash, and Supergrass. Now back on tour, they bring their catalogue of classic UK pop-punk and new material to The Hairy Dog in Derby.
