GMIF: Intro To Improvised Songs with Stephanie McCullough

This workshop will introduce you to improvised songs and singing games, identifying simple structures to give you the confidence to create funny, emotive and catchy songs. Don't worry, you don't need a good singing voice or any musical background to enjoy this class!

GMIF is thrilled to welcome Stephanie to teach this workshop. She has had a remarkable career and was a musical director and teacher at Chicago's The Second City, ComedySportz and iO before moving the UK. Stephanie will also be lending her talents to The Totally Improvised Musical later in the festival!

This workshop is part of the Greater Manchester Improv Festival (GMIF) 5th-7th June 2026. From up and coming acts to award-winning show the festival showcases local talent and visiting shows.
