They help businesses examine how to increase their profits and improve their cash flow by looking at the 4 1/2 steps for a successful business. From this analysis, a strategic action plan is produced to provide direction for the business.
Timea will share 4 types of lead generators with real-life examples, discuss which ones are ideal for service-based businesses, and how to implement these. The talk will inspire attendees to think of their own lead generation process and share learnings.
Timea is a strategic marketer with 24 years of experience as a corporate Marketing Director and is currently the Programme Leader of the MSc Digital Marketing Programme at Northumbria University.
