Situated in the unique setting of Three Mills Island in East London, join us on August Bank Holiday Sunday as we take you on a sonic trip through the extensive sounds of jazz, hip hop, afrobeat and funk, with a handpicked selection of the very best artists in their respective fields.
Not your average festival, this one-day event will encompass everything you need for a day out with your friends: low ticket price, one stage, zero fuss, with a carefully curated lineup put together with passion by music lovers, for music lovers. The intimate Stratford setting provides a unique backdrop to enjoy some of the greatest musicians on the globe with like-minded individuals.
We truly believe that London deserves a festival that focuses on the experience of the festival-goer. We are offering a day out with no stress, all landmarks within touching distance, and with only one stage so you don’t need to worry about missing any acts. We’re bringing something affordable, with no frills, all condensed into one small, easy-to-navigate space.
Following on from the festival, we are heading on over to Studio 9294 to dance into the night with festival headlines Gilles Peterson, Awesome Tapes From Africa and Nabihah Iqbal.
Just a short 2 minute walk from the picturesque Three Mills site, the Hackney Wick location is the perfect spot to let loose from 10pm until late at the official and only after party. For those who already have a festival ticket, it’s a mere £10 to upgrade your existing ticket and join us at the after party. Whilst those who don’t yet have a festival ticket can buy a bundle for both events for £45. Email info@thejazzcafelondon.com for your upgrade link.
