Absent Kelly Introducing: Drunk On Tuesday

Our first soul/funk show of the year promises to be a belter, and we’re back at King’s Cross’ Surya for another year of great shows!

Drunk On Tuesday are headlining the show. This five piece from London play funky, soulful R&B that has an undeniable 80s groove yet and a fresh feel all at the same time. The band have been turning heads on the underground London scene lately, thanks to the fact they’re well known for getting the party started!

We’ll also be joined by Story73ller, a band from Oxford who bring the party to any stage with their hybrid of funk, soul and jazz. They’re known on their home circuit for putting on high energy live shows.

Isaac K and his backing band will be there too. Combining R&B, soul and pop, Isaac researches the human condition on record, and it turns out it sounds pretty damn good!

Essex singer-songwriter Al Morriss will be joining us for the evening. Expect a set of infectious soulful R&B that has already seen him turn heads on his local scene.

Opening the show is Tanaka, a London based songstress who creates atmospheric, cinematic, soulful jazz, combined with elements of Trip Hop which is totally unique!
