PILATES CLASS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FLEXERA 🏋️‍♀️🍻

What: A 45 minute Pilates Class

When: Wednesday 5th at 7:00pm-8:00pm just for Thursday members

Where: Unit 7, downstairs at the "Sidings" in Waterloo Station, just after Black Sheep Coffee.

This will be an intro flow to try reformer pilates in a low pressure mixed class environment using the famous at-home flexera folding reformer.
