Rift 16

Hot on the heels of our 3rd birthday, RIFT 16 pushes new boundaries by bringing a night of Techno until 3am.

With a new format, your favourite RIFT selectors and some new faces, the third year of RIFT promises to be the best yet.  

We kick off in the attic at a later time of 9pm with new face LUZEL.  A local DJ, producer and selecta extraordinaire, Luzel impressed at our recent open decks session and is sure to become a new favourite here at Rift.

Stepping up the tempo at 10pm is crowd favourite ROBYNE. This will be her 3rd Rift in a row (surely some sort of record?) and she will be throwing those pacy beats into the loft to get us ready for the evenings fun.

Opening our main floor at 1130pm is FAULTLINE. He has been part of our RIFT family for some time now, also being the face behind Manchester's club night TEKTONIC and is guaranteed to get the main floor lit up straight away.

Picking up the baton at 1215am is crowd favourite and all round Mr nice guy WEN.  This selecta is sure to bring the energy when its needed with his bouncy kicks and the ability to read a crowd and drop shells as required!

At 1am, taking the penultimate slot is RIFT 15s stunning debutant VATICK.  She raised the roof at our third birthday celebrations by ripping up the closing set and sending the crowd into a frenzy with her banging techno and infectious energy.

Taking us home to 3am is RIFTs veteran (in more ways than one!) BEAST.  A DJ, producer and current RIFT custodian, this is his first time in the closing spot for RIFT.  Some say he will be wired with Horlicks intravenously and have comfy armchair ready if he gets tired.  All we know is that he is called.....BEAST!
