📌 Event : The Halloween Ball 2023 👻

The day of the dead, the spirits are out, evil is in the air and for the creatures of the night it's the biggest, scariest, craziest, loudest & most terrifying date of the year. Which is why we are throwing the most gruesome party of the century... the world famous Halloween Ball!.
So get your scariest, most gruesome and revolting outfits on. Vampires, Skeletons, Zombies, Mummies, Werewolves, blood, guts, gore or even come as Freddy himself, anything goes this All Hallows Eve!

Fancy Dress is highly recommended and if you only dress up once then Halloween is the definitely the time for a costume. We’ve had some amazing costumes in the past!

Please NOTE: These events have SOLD OUT weeks in advance of freshers for the past decade.. we advise you to get your ticket asap as once they are gone there is nothing we can do!

⚠️ REFUND POLICY ⚠️ For your peace of mind, we are offering a refund on all tickets if:

• You DO NOT get into University and are no longer going to University.

FRESHERS FAQ & IMPORTANT INFO

Can I bring friends who are not students?

• Yes, that is completely fine! You do not have to be attending University to come to our events, however please ensure they are of a similar age to yourselves!

How does entry with a freshers wristband work?

• We have made it super simple for everyone. Once you have purchased your ticket, just download the fatsoma app and when you attend each night show your ticket on your phone to have the barcode scanned for entry.

• Are the Freshers Wristbands refundable?
  

• Yes. If you do not get into a University we will refund your purchase in full! Refunds are only available to those who purchase their wristbands BEFORE results day.
• If for some reason, government restrictions are imposed and nightclubs are temporarily closed during freshers, we will honour a full refund under such circumstances! For us to start the refund process, please email us on info@unifresherz.com
