PechaKucha is a presentation style in which 20 slides are shown for 20 seconds each. The format, which keeps presentations concise and fast-paced, powers multiple-speaker events called PechaKucha Nights (PKNs). We’re lucky to have an official PKN series in Manchester – follow @PechaKucha_MCR for details for upcoming events.
This is the first time JCI Manchester has run a PechaKucha style event and we will be using it as part of the selection process our public speaking competition winners.
The prizes include…
One person to co-host the North West Charity Awards (to be held on Friday 12th October 2018)
One person to host the Manchester Young Talent Awards (to be held on Thursday 15th November 2018)

The judges will select the best entries and competitors will be asked to deliver a PechaKucha style presentation with the topic “Better Me, Better We”. Final results for reach prize will be announced on the night.
