The Magic Garden has taken steps to ensure everyone's safety is our priority. Face masks are not required but you are welcome to wear one if you wish.
We have installed sanitation points at the entrance and throughout the venue, so please use these as & when required. Our team will all be washing their hands and keeping surfaces cleaned regularly.
Tables will be kept clear; cutlery and condiments will be provided if asked for. We have also removed our paper menus, please order via the app, HOPT. The Magic Garden is serving food, however items are subject to availability, the last food service time is 9.30pm.
If you need to queue to enter our venue, please adhere to 2 metres between yourselves and other groups.
Please be patient, as we are a small independent and adjust to the new normal as best we can. We look forward to welcoming you.
Covid 19 booking terms and conditions
In order to keep our guests and staff safe, by making a booking with us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
The Magic Garden will be operating at a reduced capacity, our tables are spaced to aid in social distancing. We are only accepting bookings of a maximum table size of 6 guests including children. Your party should compromise of a maximum of 2 households (including support bubbles) as per the government guidance.
In order to help manage the flow of guests, please ensure you arrive on time for your reservation. We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes.
We are operating as table service only, please do not approach the bar. Please place your order via the app, HOPT,where you can also make payment. We do not accept cash.
Contact details for all individuals in the party will be collected to support the government track and trace scheme upon arrival.
Please supervise your children at all times, and ensure they are also adhering to social distancing safety measures.
Failure to adhere to social distancing measures will result in service not being provided.
Please note The Magic Garden operates a strictly no fancy dress policy and is an 18+ venue after 5pm. Right of access is reserved by the management. ID may be required.
