We have prepared all the necessary craft materials, so bring along your creative brains and grateful hearts and make cards to celebrate the important people in your life.

This event is a part of the ConnectGroups 5 ways to wellbeing programme which runs weekly events aimed to boost mental health and wellbeing amongst the student community. In order to achieve that, it strives to reduce the isolation and loneliness through giving students the opportunity to engage in activities related to the 5 ways to wellbeing.
