NYE 2020: The Global Countdown

This year we bring you a New Years Eve with a difference!

We celebrate from 6pm  and every hour as across the globe the clock strikes midnight! From Moscow to Dubai, we will welcome the new year in 5 times across the evening!

Each hour will be dedicated to a choice of drink offers related to the specific country as well as every table decked out in a specific countries flag and emblems. Each table will also receive a substantial food offering of delicious Da Mario pizza!

DJ's Jay Welch and TJ Byham will guide you through the biggest party anthems old and new covering Hip hop, house, R&B and club classics to ensure the ultimate socially distanced celebration alongside our incredible fire entertainers!

Halo has teamed up with Award Winning Neapolitan Italian Pizza restaurant Da Mario Wood fired pizza to bring you an exciting food option when you visit us.

Every table visiting the venue will receive a substantial amount of these wonderful Pizzas for the size of their social bubble.

Anything left over and you will be able to take home and enjoy later!

ABOUT DA MARIO
Using a super thin base with light airy crust from their wood fired oven. All Da Marios pizza dough is hand made on their premises. They use Fior di Latte cheese which is softer, more delicate and less fat. Alongside their own recipe tomato sauce with ingredients sourced from Naples and Sorrento to bring an authentic tasting pizza.

Your substantial meal order will be placed when you arrive. Last Orders for food will be 21:30 to make sure you and your social bubble/household can enjoy your food.

The Food Standards Agency updates food hygiene ratings regularly. Visit the FSA’s website to see the most recent rating for this restaurant. Please see the food regulations inspection displayed at the front desk and entrance to the venue for further detail.

Our No.1 priority will always be the safety for all of our staff, artists & guests which is why we will be implementing Social Distancing rules and guidelines throughout HALO. We ask you to respect these rules when arriving at the venue and in doing so, everyone can have an amazing time within their ‘social bubbles’ with great music and atmosphere!
Tables are only available in groups of 6 
You MUST stay with your group in your zone for the duration of the evening. 
Please respect Social Distancing rules and exercise caution moving around the site. 
One-way systems will be in place in toilet areas, bars and around the site to keep you & us all safe. 
Sanitiser stations are available throughout Halo 

Track & Trace :
To enjoy the HALO experience, we are required to follow the current Government track and trace procedure and take your details upon booking. All guests must provide their full name and email address or contact number please sign the provided form on entry. This data is securely held and securely destroyed after a period of 21 Days.

COVID GUIDANCE

How are we making the venue Covid secure?

- We ask wherever possible for all members of a booking to arrive at the same time.- Please note that if you are booking one of our table you must follow current Tier 2 Government Guidelines and be from the same Household or Support Bubble.

- If wishing to purchase alcohol, a 'substantial meal’ will be provided and included in your ticket price. 

- Halo will be operating using the NHS Track and Trace system - please scan the QR code provided on entry

- A hand sanitiser unit will be available on entry to the venue and we ask that you use this on entry.

- The Halo team will show you to your table and once seated we ask that you remain seated where possible.

- Table service will be in operation.

- Tables are spaced so that all groups will be appropriately separated to meet Covid 19 secure requirements. We ask that you kindly not move any tables, chairs or benches during your visit.

- All toilets, door handles and other similar touch points across the venue are subject to an enhanced cleaning regime.Do I have to wear a face covering?

- It is a legal requirement that face coverings are worn indoors, at all times, unless you are medically exempt, when not seated at your table. If you are entering any indoor area(s) at Halo, for example our toilet facilities, then a face covering must be worn

- If your table is indoors, then a face covering must be worn until seated at your table. We do not supply face coverings, please bring your own. You may be asked to remove your face covering by security or bar staff for either age verification or other security purposes. 

What happens if the Government guidelines change between booking and attending the venue?
- If a change in Government guidelines mean we cannot honour your booking, you will be offered the opportunity to change your booking. If we are unable to do this, a refund will be available.

Can I sit next to my friends on a different table?
- In order for our venue to comply with Government guidelines, we will be strictly enforcing the requirement of keeping groups to six people or less from the same household. As such we cannot allow any table to congregate with another table. 

- Should two tables be identified as a larger group, our security will first request that each table maintains their appropriate distance and remain at their allocated tables. Failure to follow this request may result in both tables being asked to leave the venue without a refund.

- Please note that if you are booking one of our table you must follow current Government Guidelines and be from the same Household or Support Bubble.
