TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Ticket Refunds
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the event is officially cancelled by the event organisers. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason.

2. Entry & Last Admission
Guests are strongly advised to arrive early to avoid queues and delays. Last entry is strictly at 12:15 AM. Once the final entry time has passed, admission may be refused regardless of whether a valid ticket has been purchased.

3. Ticket Scanning
All tickets must be scanned before the stated last-entry time. A valid ticket does not guarantee entry if you arrive after the allocated last-entry time.

4. Age Requirement & ID
This is an 18+ event. All guests must provide valid, acceptable photographic identification upon request. No valid ID = No Entry.
Accepted identification includes a valid passport or UK driving licence, subject to venue requirements.

5. Photography & Videography
Photography and videography may take place throughout the event. Selected footage may be used for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes across our social media and other platforms.

6. Venue & Security
All attendees are required to follow the instructions of event staff, security personnel and venue management. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who fails to comply with venue rules or behaves in an inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe manner.
