A Cinematic Night With Film Director Azize Kabouche

French Touch by Marie, in collaboration with Century Soho, is thrilled to invite you to a prestigious cinematic evening with a Paris-based film director.

Join us for a exclusive cinematic and music evening with film director and actor Azize Kabouche. Coming back from Paris for the occasion, this is a very rare opportunity to meet him and get a more in-depth knowledge of his work as a film director and actor.

Mingle with guests coming from Paris and London over a special cocktail party and live music, and enjoy a unique screening of his work followed by Q/A. We will then continue the evening with another exclusive music and dance performance.

Mr Kabouche has a successful career spanning over 20 years in the theatre, cinema and television industry. He has worked alongside numerous directors and renowned actors, including Catherine Deneuve and Gérard Depardieu. He has been featured in Netflix’s Marseille and has toured the world with the play “La main de Leila.”

Last year we were privileged to host the London Premiere of "Carré 644", his latest short film, selected in various festivals. This time, the evening will focus on his career and work as a film director and actor through the question of our origins. Mr Kabouche will take us into a cinematic and artistic journey through origins. His Algerian origins, the origin of his work, his identity as an artist.

We are delighted to have two fabulous performers to add a music touch to the night. 

Eleonora Damizia, a multilingual talented singer and published songwriter, will perform a special jazz set for us. Eleonora's vibrant personality has graced some of the most famous live venues in London, from the grandeur of the Royal Albert Hall, to prestigious members clubs and venues such as Crazy Coqs.
We are also enchanted to have Emma Kabouche joining us for a special music and dance set. Parisian talented singer, actress, and dancer, she has just moved to London for her career.
