A monthly Pilates and social session designed to help you move your body and connect with others in a welcoming environment.

This is perfect for:

– Trying Pilates for the first time

– Meeting new people

– Starting your week feeling good

This experience begins with a Pilates session designed to help you reconnect with your body in a supportive and non performative way. Attendees can choose between Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates depending on preference.🧘🏽‍♀️

After the session, we will move into a relaxed social where you’ll have the chance to meet and connect with other women in a welcoming environment🤍

Your ticket includes:

• Choice of Mat or Reformer Pilates session

• A complimentary coffee

• A guided social mixer

This event is all about creating space for women to slow down, feel present in their bodies and build genuine connections.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
