We’ll kick things off with introductions and icebreakers, then pair up for one-on-ones with each participant as you rotate through the hot and cold therapy cycle (from the ice bath to the sauna!).

Each session lasts 1h50min.

⏰ 1st session will start at 6pm.

⏰ 2nd session will start at 8pm.

🎫 TICKET PRICE: £25 (includes event access, sauna session as well as towel and robe rental - USUALLY £8!)
