Soothing pregnancy yoga classes designed to support your body and mind through the beautiful journey of pregnancy. Held every Thursday at 7 PM at the welcoming Mornington Hall in Chingford - East London, these sessions offer a calming space to stretch, breathe, and connect with yourself, your baby, and other mums-to-be.

Suitable for women 15+ weeks pregnant, or earlier if you have prior yoga or regular exercise experience*. Whether you're a yoga beginner or returning to your mat, you're welcome here.
