this will be a 2 hour private women’s-only strength training session, where you’ll be able to ask any gym related questions, learn the best techniques for deadlifts & hip trusts and sweat it out in a HIIT workout 🏋🏼♀️💪🏼💞
we will have 2 sessions you can choose from: 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm 🩷
