WE'RE BACK BABY!

It's been over 2 years since our last proper knees up, too long if you ask us. To celebrate our return we're bringing one of our favourite DJ's and someone who's CV includes the biggest artists in almost every genre, Raji Rags.

RAJI RAGS:

Born and raised in London city, Raj Chaudhuri (aka Raji Rags) is considered one of the key tastemakers in his hometown both behind the scenes and in front of the decks. Refusing to be restricted to a genre or style – Raj has established himself as one of the most pivotal figures in the London music landscape and one of it’s most trusted DJs in skills and selection.

Previous A&R for R&S Records and Bleep, previous Head of Music for Boiler Room, and a since day-one DJ and host for both NTS Radio and Boiler Room right up to present day – with or without knowing it, you have probably seen Raj’s diverse curation and music tastes in action.

Raj is also a co-founder of Livin’ Proof – the now iconic hip-hop party and DJ collective that have hosted the UK debuts of A$AP Rocky, Danny Brown, and early career performances from the likes of Action Bronson, Schoolboy Q, Joey Badass, A$AP Ferg, Hudson Mohawke and countless others.

WARM UP DUTIES:

TADI THE GREAT (FUTURE BUBBLERS / TROPICO) - Tadi the Great is a Norwich-based artist & DJ of Zimbabwean origin. His journey into djing started as a way to improve his production, however, this has now become one of his main avenues of self-expression. Since then he has opened up for Gilles Peterson, Charlie Dark, Shy One, GZA (Wu Tang) & many more, forever bringing a melting pot of soulful, percussive and unpredictable sonics.

ASH C (GET LOOSE) - ASH C is well known throughout Norwich's underground music scene, chief resident at weekly underground student night Get Loose, Ash brings the energy every time he steps behind the decks. His #VibeOfTheWeek videos helped countless people whilst the clubs were shut in the Pandemic and since the world has reopened he's kept the party going.

NO BIG DEAL (KEEP ON DANCING) - KOD founder and head honcho, No Big Deal needs no introduction.

THE VENUE:

SPACE STUDIOS - Space is a small capacity, dark room with a disco ball, some red lights and a banging sound system; what more could you want for a party?

Since reopening after the pandemic Space has cemented its place as a key part of Norwich's Nightlife scene. With a culturally and musically diverse events line up its a true reflection of the sound of Norwich.

Space is a safe club with staff and party goer's that look out for each other and ensure everyone has a good time.
