Our House Presents: O'Flynn and Tom Blip [Blip Discs]

Thank you all once again for heading down to Cavern for what was one of our very very favourite nights of the year. For our last headliner show of the term, we are super excited to host TWO unbelievable DJs from the up and coming label Blip Discs - O'Flynn and Tom Blip!!

O’Flynn [Ninja Tune/Blip Discs]

O’Flynn is a young producer from London who has been hailed by Boiler Room as ‘one of dance music’s most prosperous newcomers.’ O’Flynn rose to fame with his critically acclaimed EP Tyrion/Desmond’s Empire, released on Blip Discs. The response was massive and Tyrion became a tool for Four Tet that was rarely left out of his sets. He didn’t stop there and a year later he released another huge hit, Glow Worm/Aloha Ice Jam, which was championed by Bonobo and described by Phonica Records as one of their ‘Top Singles of 2016. Now O’Flynn has been signed to the massive Ninja Tune Label, one of the most influential in dance music. 

Tom Blip [Blip Discs]

Founding the now global record label Blip Discs, Tom Blip has had a very busy past few years. After the release of 'Tyrion/Desmonds Empire' Tom Blip released his own 'Wrong Guancho/Shekere'. This was a huge huge hit once again filling dancefloors and festivals across Europe in 2016, Our House fave Joy Orbison was especially keen. Not only an amazing producer, in 2017 his mix for Ransom Note was picked as a favourite by Resident Advisor. The eclectic nature of Blip Discs has been mirrored in Tom Blip's DJ sets and has landed him right on the map.
