The Mania Project is a multi-media concept career, spanning a range of genres and influences to create truly authentic and exciting original music.

Michael Murphy is a singer-songwriter from Manchester, with easy listening acoustic leaning on the melancholy of day to day life, with subtle rock influence. His EP "Lighthouse" is a selection of songs written during difficult times that helped process the situations for himself.

Brad Jack is a singer songwriter from Leeds playing Folk influenced Acoustic Pop. Singles from his debut album "We Stay The Same - We Disappear" in 2022 received airtime on BBC Introducing and 2023 saw Brad play support slots to artists such as Tom Hingley and Rachel Croft as well release his new three track E.P "Cloak and Dagger/Blood and Glitter". He is currently in the studio recording his next EP to be released late 2026.

Jamie is an acoustic act, inspired by many different genres. His vast number of originals and covers only serve to highlight his quality and the eclecticism present in his songs. He’s been playing open mics in the city for years, but after a long break is making his return.

Daniel Nixon is an Americana-inspired folk songwriter from the Peak District, inspired by the likes of Jeff Tweedy, Cass McCombs and Gregory Alan Isakov.

Hailing from the North-West of England, michael webster is a singer-songwriter inspired by a multitude of artists, ranging from the folk legends such as Bob Dylan and Neil Young, to 90’s alternative like Pixies and Nirvana, to modern-day singer-songwriters such as Courtney Barnett, Kurt Vile and Phoebe Bridgers.
