Brooklyn psych punks Acid Dad first appeared in the New York scene at the onset of 2016, swiftly racking up praise from Consequence of Sound, BrooklynVegan and Stereogum with debut EP “Let’s Plan a Robbery”, and nailed their first full length at the outset of 2017 - riddled with equal parts raw fuzz and bubblegum pop kicks - all while continuing to play alongside contemporaries including Thee Oh Sees, Diarrhea Planet and Night Beats.

The self-titled LP was supported by a US tour which included SXSW and sold out shows in New York, LA & San Francisco, and after that, a first European tour which included riotous shows in Amsterdam, Paris, and London. Summer 2018 was all about the writing and recording of LP2, and the two new Acid Dad singles slated for release before a Greenway Records full length next year. Not slowing down!
