Important Information:

COVID-19: You must not attend this event if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days, have been a close contact of another person with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 10 days, have been advised to self-isolate, or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. If you have recently arrived in the UK, you must have completed any UK Government mandated quarantine period before attending this event.

You are required to follow all Welsh and UK Government COVID guidelines including the wearing of face masks in non-hospitality settings.

Conduct & Safety: You are responsible for your own behaviour and time keeping. Please take reasonable care of your own and other people's health and safety. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with safety information and safety instructions . If you have any concerns, please raise these to the event leader.

Accessibility: This event has step-free accessible access. If you have any concerns or queries regarding the suitability of this event, or have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact gosocial@swansea.ac.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, however we cannot guarantee all requirements can be met.

Children: Due to the event having board games present, there will be choking hazards, children are not able to attend this event. We do have a range of family friendly activities, please check these out via Fatsoma or the International@CampusLife website.

Data Protection: International@CampusLife will use the information you provide for attendance and safety purposes. We will use your data to produce internal statistics but will not share it with third parties or use it for marketing purposes. Your information will be provided to our event leader on the day of the event for the purpose of attendance monitoring and emergency situations. The information will be kept confidential and passed back to ICL and destroyed (once we have passed the legally required COVID-19 Track & Trace period). Photos: We may take photos throughout the event which we will use to promote future activities in the form of leaflets, social media posts, digital screens and on our website. If you would not like to be included, then please tell us on the day of the event. If you see yourself in any pictures and would like to be removed, please email us at gosocial@swansea.ac.uk and we will make sure that any photos of you are deleted.
