This week, we step into the energy of The Warrior — the part of you connected to courage, strength, action, boundaries, protection and the determination to move forward.

The Warrior reminds us that we have the strength to face challenges, stand firmly in our truth, protect what matters and take courageous action towards the life we want to create.

The Warrior is not simply about fighting.

It is about knowing what is worth fighting for — and when to lay the sword down.

But every archetype carries a shadow.

For the Warrior, this can look like anger, aggression, control, defensiveness, conflict, pushing too hard or becoming disconnected from vulnerability and rest.

Through sacred sound, breathwork, meditation and energy healing, we explore both the light and shadow of the Warrior — not to reject any part of ourselves, but to understand, integrate and transform it.
