Business Rocks - The launch of Manchester’s Global Tech Festival

Business Rocks is a cutting edge tech festival, designed to bring the global tech scene to Manchester and put it on the map as a major start-up destination.

Our mission is to change the face of the digital landscape in Manchester forever.

2015 is the launch event which brings together some of the most inspiring and entrepreneurial thought-leaders and start-up CEOs from across the UK and beyond.

Start-up activity in the North West’s tech, digital and creative sectors is booming. We have some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world and we want to shout about it.

We believe that Manchester will become one of the biggest tech hubs in the world. With this in mind, we launched Business Rocks to inspire, engage and network with like-minded people. Our guest speakers will inspire, encourage and motivate you with their triumph and war stories as they take you on a journey from the very beginning to phenomenal start-up success.

The day will also include the finals of our inaugural Business Rocks 2015 Innov8 Award, giving tech start-ups the chance to win an exclusive start-up package in a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style competition. The event lasts a whole day and will include an eclectic mix of music, food, atmosphere and entertainment.

The Business Rocks team believes in giving a little something back. That’s why 10% of all ticket sales will go directly to the Prince’s Trust, a charity which helps children and young adults in the UK. Tickets are selling fast.
