By purchasing a ticket and attending Suroon Ki Shaam 2.0 – An Evening of Melodies, all attendees agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a respectful and enjoyable musical experience for everyone.

🎟 Ticket Policy

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
• Tickets are non-transferable and valid for one-time entry only.
• Entry will close at 7:00PM sharp — please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

🚫 Alcohol Policy

• This is a family-friendly, culturally focused event.
• Alcohol consumption or possession is strictly prohibited on-site.

📸 Photography & Video

• Photography and videography may occur during the event.
• By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed as part of the audience.
• These materials may be used for future promotions by Sidma Events & Entertainment.

🪑 Seating Policy

• Please note that all seating is unreserved and based on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to secure your spot – we can’t guarantee seats for latecomers!

🔁 Re-Entry Policy

• No re-entry will be allowed once you leave the venue.
• Kindly ensure you have everything you need before entering.

• Outside food or drink is not allowed within the venue unless explicitly permitted by organizers.
