Join us for a 50 minute beginner reformer Pilates class every 4th Tuesday of the month🩷 run by Aimee at Graft Pilates Studio, who will guide you through the basics and push those who have experience also!! 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

All participants need to sign the waiver and fill out the questionnaire before taking part in the reformer pilates class.

Please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before the class starts and please do not try to enter the studio before your class starts as there may be a session in progress.

• We have a zero tolerance policy to lateness so as to ensure everyone is safe and the studio is secure.
• If you are late and the class has started please do not try to enter the studio.
• Grip socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety.
