TICKETS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Dress Code

We operate a strict dress code and maintain a "dress to impress" policy. Any sports wear, Nike Air Max or trainers containing "bubbles" will not be admitted and no refund will be given. Please dress smartly.

Curfew

All Ticket holders must be in before 11:30PM, tickets will still be valid for entry, however the Q Jump element is removed beyond this point.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately due to the fast moving nature of our ticket sales, no refunds will be permitted due to customers having to isolate. Customers may choose to delay their tickets to another weekend by contacting our Facebook page or Instagram No refund will be given to any customer refused entry to the venue due to intoxication or dress code
