TaiChi and Urban Qigong

This class focuses on Qigong (8 Treasures) and Tai Chi (Chen Silk Reeling and Chen 18 Form) and is open to participants of all ages and abilities. 

It runs on a weekly basis. Learn this unique exercise programme, which combines mindfulness with fitness, offering numerous health benefits and enabling energy cultivation.

Please arrive on time and bring with you comfortable clothing and flat shoes. Complimentary refreshments will be served throughout the session.

We aim to begin at 12.30pm so please arrive 5 minutes earlier to register and proceed to the studio. We will have a break of 15 minutes during the session to enjoy some tea/coffee and a sandwich or cake. 

We aim to finish at 14.00pm.
