A: Freshers Week will be one of the BEST weeks of your life! Getting to know your new City, make friends and enjoy the City's nightlife. Buying your Official Wristband saves you £££ on entry fees, guarantees you entry to an event on EVERY night of Freshers as well as priority entry! Freshers is VERY busy meaning people without an Official Wristband have to queue for a long time and are unable to get into many events due to capacity reasons.

Q: 🤔 THERE ARE SO MANY FRESHERS TICKETS CLAIMING TO BE 'OFFICIAL'...

A: Salford's Official Freshers 2026 is the ONLY OFFICIAL Salford University affiliated Freshers programme in the City, hosted in conjunction with your Students Union. As such you can be assured that all events will be operated to the highest level across the City's leading clubs and venues. 

Q: 🤔 IS MY WRISTBAND REFUNDABLE IF I DON'T GET INTO UNIVERSITY?

A: Of course! You must request your refund before Monday 17th August by emailing info@coolitevents.com. All wristbands after this date are non refundable. Simply show your proof of change of University or of no longer attending altogether.

Q: 🤔 SOMEONE ELSE HAS PURCHASED MY WRISTBAND FOR ME - DOES THIS MATTER?

A: No it does not - we know that friends/ parents may have purchased your wristband! Just bring your ticket bar code along when you come to collect.

Q: 🤔 WHERE DO I COLLECT MY OFFICIAL WRISTBAND?

A: Wristband collection info will be sent out to you via SMS. Wristbands will be available to collect on Saturday 5th September and Sunday 6th September from Atmosphere. If for whatever reason you wish to collect after this date, please contact us to arrange!
