Chef Fran has added her own flair to these epic dishes in order to really wow her loyal supporters and longtime taste testers.

The menu on the night will be as follows; 

Entrée 

Tiger Prawn Seafood Boil with Chicken Sausage, Red Potatoes, Corn and Chef Franzia’s Special Garlic Butter Sauce. 

Sides: Basmati Rice or Ramen Noodles.

Dessert 

Zesty Sweet Key Lime Pie.
