Back 2 Life w/ Ian DPN, Fliss Mayo, Milly On Air

Back 2 Life brings Scuffed Recordings bossman and bad boy DJ/producer Ian DPM back to Bristol for a night of wonky, bass driven club music. In support will be Bristol’s fave “vibe- lord” herself Fliss Mayo who will no doubt blow the roof off (obvs) with her trademark exuberant multi genre madness, alongside B2L founder and resident rave mum Milly on Air.

This is the second party from “Back 2 Life’ - a podcast and event series promoting mental health recovery within the dance music community.

Ian DPM is one of the UK’s most innovative, exciting and respected DJs and producers around, he’s the man behind award winning label Scuffed Records and the notorious Youtube channel Definite Party Material. With recent solo releases on K7 and Mantissa he’s also carved out a reputation as a prolific creator of bonafide club weapons. He first cut his teeth musically in Bristol and the city's genre bending approach to music has bled into his musical practice. Now based in London, he is a celebrated champion of club music from the bleeding edges of the hardcore continuum. Alongside Wager, he runs the aforementioned Scuffed Recordings, hotly tipped as a launchpad for rising club producers including Ayesha, Nikki Nair & Avrin and has been celebrated by publications such as Beatport, DJ Mag & Mixmag.

If you’ve ever seen Fliss play you know she is one of the most electric, skillful and exciting DJs around and it’s so it’s no surprise she’s on some wild ascent right now-also as one half of the hotly tipped duo Dual Monitor. Hailing from London via Liverpool and Bristol she’s recently played and blown the roof of, Boiler Room, Keep Hush and well, too many to mention really, she’s an absolute vibe lord behind the decks creating all sorts of multi genre, high energy, bass driven mayhem and is set for world domination- catch her while you can!

Fresh from her Boiler Room debut Milly will be bringing her dynamic energy and euphoric, bass driven and genre hopping selections. Blending influences from the early roots of acid house and rave with wonky club music from across the electronic musical sphere. She’s a regular on the airwaves of Noods, SWU FM and Melodic Distraction and has played across Europe on some world class line ups including Glastonbury, Meadows in the Mountains, Boomtown, Shambala, Wilderness, Strange Brew and The Cause to name a few.
