We’ll kick things off with introductions and icebreakers, then pair up for one-on-ones with each participant as you rotate through the hot and cold therapy cycle (from the ice bath to the sauna!).

Each session lasts 1h45min.

⏰ 1st session will start at 6.30pm. (Age Range: 30s + early 40s)

⏰ 2nd session will start at 8.30pm. (Age Range: 20s + early 30s)
